These Terms govern your use of the Exploria app and related services. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to everything described below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Exploria is
Exploria is a gamified loyalty app. You visit partner venues, scan QR codes at the counter, earn experience points (XP), level up, complete quests, and trade points for discounts and gifts. It is a game with real rewards.
2. Sign-up and account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Exploria.
- Provide truthful information. Accounts with false data may be suspended.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Activity on your account is treated as your own.
- One person, one account. Multiple accounts to inflate XP are prohibited.
3. How XP, level, and points work
- XP is earned by completing in-app actions: partner check-ins, quests, achievements, social activity.
- Level is calculated from your total XP and follows a progressive curve. There is no shortcut to level up.
- Points (the redemption currency) are credited according to the economy configured by the system. We neither buy nor sell points.
- XP and points have no monetary value and cannot be converted into cash, transferred to third parties, or withdrawn.
4. Check-in and validation
To earn XP from a visit, you must scan the partner's QR code on site. The scan is validated by geolocation and by server-side anti-fraud mechanisms. Attempts to simulate check-ins (fake GPS, scripts, QR images off-site) lead to XP reversal and may cause account suspension.
5. Rewards and redemptions
- The rewards catalog is curated by Exploria and partners. Rewards have stock, expiration dates, and their own rules — read before redeeming.
- Each redemption generates a 6-digit code that must be presented at the partner's counter. Each code is single-use and has an expiration deadline.
- Completed redemptions are non-refundable. If there is a problem at the partner (closed venue, item unavailable), contact us so we can refund your points.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Bypass anti-fraud mechanisms, automate interactions, or use bots.
- Sell, transfer, or trade accounts, points, or rewards.
- Harass other users, publish illegal or offensive content, or violate third-party rights.
- Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts that are not yours.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app outside the limits permitted by law.
Violating these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal of your account, without refund of points.
7. User-generated content
Custom avatars, comments in the feed, and any content you publish in the app are your responsibility. By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content inside the app to other users. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
8. Partners (venues)
Partner venues have their own dashboard to create quests, generate QR codes, and configure rewards. Partners are responsible for quest content, reward rules, and the quality of in-person service. Exploria acts as a technology intermediary and is not liable for experiences at the physical venue.
9. Changes to the service
Exploria is under active development. Features, economy rules, XP formulas, and partners may change at any time. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time in the app settings. Exploria may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when possible.
11. Limitation of liability
Exploria is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of bugs, or that every quest will be fulfilled as expected. Our total liability is limited to the maximum permitted by applicable law.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo, SP, are elected to resolve any dispute, except for consumer rights that offer a more favorable venue.
