Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

Last updated: June 18, 2026

Exploria enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This page describes our standards, the actions we take when violations occur, and how to report a concern.

1. Zero-tolerance policy

Exploria does not allow any CSAE or CSAM on its platform under any circumstance. There are no exceptions, edge cases, or context-dependent allowances. This policy applies to every user, every surface of the app, and every content type.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

Exploria strictly prohibits any of the following on the platform:

3. Enforcement and action

Any user found in violation of these standards is permanently banned from Exploria immediately. Related content is deleted, the account is locked, and supporting evidence is preserved for legal authorities. Bans for CSAE / CSAM violations are not appealable.

4. Reporting to authorities

In compliance with applicable global and local laws, Exploria reports confirmed instances of CSAE and CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and to the competent Brazilian authorities (Federal Police and other agencies as required).

5. In-app reporting

Users can report suspicious activity, inappropriate content, or any child safety concern from within the Exploria app via the in-app reporting flow available on user profiles, social feed posts, and partner venue check-ins. Reports related to child safety are prioritized by our safety team.

6. Child safety contact
